Announcements Chapter Starts Endowment Fund TX MU Phi Delt invests $10,000 to a educational foundation endowment fund that will help provide scholarships and other financial benefits to future brothers of the chapter. Texas Mu Brother Randy Moshier Recognized Again Randy Moshier, a senior from Converse who played tight end after originally walking on to the Bobcat football team, earned his bachelor's degree political science in three years and will receive his MBA in May. His 3.74 GPA was the highest for a football player in the Southland Conference this season. Moshier offered these following remarks at the annual football banquet last Saturday..
